Like having a savings account. If I would have had that money last year, I just would have wasted it. Now I still have it this year. I am working on getting new boat docks. Like pulling teeth to find someone to get anything done or even show up when they are supposed to. 
Like having Chadwick build your house. 
I just can't imagine there being a huge amount of people building docks right now.

Don't even get me started on these guys. My last conversation went alittle like this...."Hey I have 3 waterfront lots that need the bulkheads redone and new docks, should be some pretty good jobs for you. (bulkheader) Man thats good, cause we are kind of slow. The next thing I heard was crickets for the next 3 months......

I don't want to hear about that. Your mom sent me an email today that said you had the checkbook and to tell you how big to write the check for. I asked if it was OK to just have you sign it and leave it blank, and she said anything for the president.
