thats what we have too, the VOIP system and it was cheaper than the regular system, but we have 10 phones now because the talking over the computer thing didn't work well and it was just a pain in the arse for most agents. When you add in all the garbage fees, and yearly adverstising in the phonebook it is another $600-$800 per month not including long distance :party-smiley-004:
