Just because he had somone clean it for free does not mean he will put it in the water, he will still need to do some sort of trade to get fuel in it.....i would also bet the jack was pucked before it was dropped off for the detail......but who knows....:)

Nothing special there, that hull has been sitting uncovered for about two years, maybe more, before they cleaned it, it looked like they pulled it up from the bottom of the ocean. I am pretty sure it was full of rain water most of the time it sat, the engines and drives are probably good, because they werent in the boat all the time it sat.
