i say it in jest as dave is entitiled to charge whatever he wants to charge but i normally throw away the bill as it is auto drafted but i noticed the envelope yesterday was heavy and it contained extra papers. im to lazy to scan but basically it was pertaining to a rate increase... joe probably has no rent so therefore a 10% rate increase is still 0... joews only expense in boating is the beer, some sweat equity and attorneys fees i cant believe he is selling

He missed the part about how I delivered it within one block of his house, protected it through two hurricanes, and then he buys a raymarine radar for the mainship, lol, but Im pretty sure I asked before I sold it, if I didnt then my bad. But Raymarine? come onnn, hehehe. But that is almost as bad as having him wash my boat for two months, fix my boat, then sell the truck I promised him to a stranger off the street.
