We sent over plans for house, pool, barn, man cave and even an outhouse and got approval back the next day. They just wanna sell lots. Paid $52k for an acre and half. Add a Baldwick homes $135 a foot house, Wades I build all day so I don't wanna build another one when I get off house or one of mine and you have a sweet place for under half a million ( so just less than you had in smooth without a fancy paint job )
