You know who to go see if you really want to sell it. If you are going to be a tightazz about commission then keep paying property taxes and Hoa dues and insurance month after month.

Did you ladies miss me??? I can't look at the utubes so thanks for all 50 of those. The video of the dog and shark was sweeeeeet The Islander now has double wippers with no vhf so I feel like lefty with scoops and no blowers .

Thats a beautiful house. If Jenni did not want to live in the heights i would buy it today considering its 1k sqft more than we just put an offer in for at the same price.

Sell it as listed if you want to get paid a comission. If you were half the realtor your mother is you would sell it as listed and negotiate a bigger comission. You TOOL
