Lefty a 3 ton unit for a 500sq.ft. condo is alittle much isn't it? What are you having bonfires in the family room ??

and go with 14 SEER, all the cool kids are doing it.

Just a little over kill! really calls for a 2.5 ton unit. and can't justify price jump to 14 seer.
