By u, you can tell whomever you want to come up and run. It is a TOPPS function so they can't be in the meeting and they can't officially participate but the more boats the merrier.

I have a 23p mirage 2 25p M+ and a hydro 25p QIV-X you can try them out. Ill let 1 25p M+ go. Untill i know what prop i need for sure i am going to hold on to the hydro.
