Hi, I just have terrible expirience with instigator ... I'm from Poland and I purchased boat without trailer at auction. I was looking for someone that will sell me the trailer for my boat and pick up my boat from auction and deliver it to the pier. I found instigator and guy I assume Brett agreed to help me. He sent me wire tranfer instructions I sent him deposit 900 dollars and after two weeks rest of the amount over 3000 dollars and guy dissappeared. Now I'm paying creazy storages at the auction and lost much money. Can anyone tell me how can I found that guy? Thanks

This is a residence in a neighborhood a few miles away from where I live. HCAD shows the owner of this property since 2007 to be SHAWN & ANDREA ROWBOTHAM. Is this the guy? What is his name supposedly?

Information I found on other posts says that his name is Zeagler, John Brett but as the guy is a cheater I'm not sure if he just wants people think its his real name and real name is diffrent. All I know is real for 100% is his bank account I wired money in:

He told me his name was Brett. Don't recall the last name. But yes, he had an address in tomball, but his shop was off of hardy down by 610 which is now empty. I drove by it the other day.

Have you contacted the police department?

I have the police out trying to arrest the guy for theft. He stole 1200.00 from me, no trailer, no phone call, no anything.
