I made the trip from New Orleans to Galveston, to Houston, to Galveston and finally to Ingleside where my friend use to live when he bought one of those 100 foot crew boats to convert it over to a long line fishing boat. This was several years ago and I dont remember all that much except it was a long trip with a cruising speed of around 25 mph. Most of the trip from Galveston to Ingleside was at night. I was up some but sleeping more than awake.
