Need local ICW info

Looks like this thread is dead but I am planning to tour the ICW from Seabrook TX to Marco island. I need some local info on the Texas part of the trip. Thanks

I usually go south from Galveston, but heading north I have heard fuel stops are challenging if you don’t have good range
