Thumbs up Re: Truck Tires

Check out www.tirerack.com for great prices!! I have the Bridgestone REVO ATR that someone else mentioned. They rated top on tire rack. They have fantastic comparison's for snow, ice, noise, ride, etc. Even if you could beat their prices it's great info!!

BFG AT

Price, quality, ride, durability and ease of finding a single replacement. Good qualities all.

Good luck finding a single Nitto. Nitto is constantly on backorder.

Nitto and Toyo are the same company and there are many similarities between the tires. Nitto is being marketed towards the young, upscale "style tire" buyer, aka kids.

A lot of BFG AT owners that switch to Revo's are blown away. ONe of the big advantages is tread wear, over the ohter ones mentioned.

And as said, they are great on all surfaces. I've only been in snow and ice 1-2 times but I tried really hard to test them and they just grabbed.

Awesome tire.......and they look good too!

The big benefit of the Revo is noise. The Bridgestone AT has the same carcass and a similarly-aggressive tread and it roars. The Revo's are unbelievably quiet considering the aggressive tread. They wear like steel too.

I had the same exact tire on my F250 PSD and they started out nice but wore real quick. I was lucky to get 30K on a set. I just bought some Revo's and they are much nicer. I like the look of the Nitto's better but the wear factor was all it took.

I own a suspension/alignment shop and on my personal trucks I've used the Toyo's on the last 2 (04 F250 Harley S/D) I used 365/65r16 d range on it and on my 06 F350 dually I went with a 285/70r17 d range toyo on the 04 I ran them 20,000 miles with no appriciatable wear, and they remained quiet.

Just my opinion
