Minor problem, but they sure don't look as nice as my friends 5 year older Ford seats.

That happens on all the Gm leathered trucks. Especially someone like me who is in and out of his truck 30-50 times a day checking job sites. I sell them every year and get it replaced under warranty. Mine look bad after 6 mos. My Fords interior holds up much better, but the GM seats are about 10% more comfortable. JJ

The Kansas City Star reported earlier this week in their Automotive section that Ford is replacing the 6.0 diesel with a new 6.4 version this coming year.

Should one steer clear of the current 6.0 version?

I just picked up my 07 last night, have 2 06's, 1 05, 2 04's left in co. I have had great luck with Ford. I also have some Duramaxs which have been also great. In Jan. I have the option of getting the dealers 1st 08 when it arrives. Suppose to be twin turboed producing a sandbaged 350/650 for numbers. Wow, but for towing, hear this, 24000 pounds. I believe it when I see it. Thats 8k more than the competition. Jeff
