I have a 05 Dodge with a Cummings. The truck is great. I get 12 miles to a gallon with the air on pulling my 38 top gun at 70mph. The truck has 24,000 miles on it and no problems. It does tend to shift hard when pulling the boat. I have the automatic trans.
