need a basic white half ton for a subdivision truck, 2 wheel drive, anyone have any deals?

Got a flawless 05 GMC 1500 2WD work truck with 13,XXX miles, A/C, Automatic, 5.3 motor cloth bench/ rubber floors. Construction slow down, don't need it. $14K
No wrecks, no stories bought it new 15 months ago.

st. louis Chevy dealers have 07's with stick and a/c only with rebates and discounts for commercial at 11,990. thought that was pretty cheap.

I have bought 9 new work trucks in 15 years and found that the manual trans trucks are loss leaders for the dealer and up front they are ok but you get killed when trying to sell them. The 11,990 truck won't be white and the dealer will only have one. I have been down that bait and switch road before. All of the trucks I buy are white and 7 of 9 have been automatics. Have an 01 1500 with 88K miles and nothing but brakes(1 set), tires (2 sets) and a battery. My 03 (86K),04 (31K) and 05's have been great as well. The 05 has been sitting idle for 3 months lately due to new construction slowdown.

your probably right, johnny londoff has 1 white stick in stock for that price yje auto tranny is like 900$ more and can haul alot more weight, going to just go with auto tranny for around 13k with 100,000 mile warranty

The warranty on the new trucks is powertrain only for 100K, standard 3/36 on other stuff.
