I got about the same deal with a 08 f350 loaded up.
Sticker was 54000 and i paid 40400 before tax and tag.
There was and extra grand for the snow plow package if you purchased a plow, which i did.

I'm not too far away. Looking for a 2006 or early 07(old style) ford or chevy crew cab diesel 4x4 loaded up. Let me know if you see anything out there.

I am sorry that I have not responded earlier. I have been busy with work. It is nice for a change. I just talked to my buddy and he still has the truck and it is an 01 3500 SLT with leather. It has 81K miles and is a one owner. He will sell it for $15,900. If you have interest please contact me via pm or email and I will give you his number.
I also have a 03 Chevy 2500 LS crew cab duramax 4x4 with 79k that I have been driving I will sell for $19,500.
