I have almost 20,000 miles on my 08 F450, no issues other than fuel milage is lousy. All my driving is hauling boats. Usually aroung 10,000lb boat on my tri axle trailer. Might look into the Spartan programmer though. After my 03 6.0 blew apart at 177,000 miles I went with the extended warranty on this one though.

Default warrenty

I was in getting my 08 ford F-450 fixed yet again whence I noticed on the wall a 200K warrenty available. I will be getting this for sure. Its hard to change to the factory programmer when you are on the back of a Tow Truck from the freeway to the dealer.......again.......again

Thats what I got, the 200,000 mile warranty. I didn't put it in the deal, tried to get them to through it in after the financing but they wouldn't. Said they were already losing money, yeah right. So I just paid cash for it, I think it was around 2300.00. Really shouldn't need this on a diesel though, they should last a little longer than this.
