Once your 450 is back in shape call one of these guys and trade it for an F-650...

It is a damn shame that ALL the manufacturers not think that they should drop service in these tough times. I am going to opposite direction in my business by just calling up customers and asking them if they want me to come over and clean up their equipment, change filters and such and I am getting a TON of new work out of it. Amazing that little old me can figure that out but a company like Ford, GM, Dodge can not.

Chuck,
I have read this entire thread and I am amazed at the problems you are having and how the entire Ford Motor Company and dealer have treated you. Right now I would not be comfortable buying any brand of American truck and I am sad to make that comment. I have a very goof friend with a 6.0 F350 that has it even worse than you right now because his is out of warranty. It runs one week and is in the shop one week. He has already replaced a tranny and a turbo this year and it is the third tranny since new. The bad part is he traded a dependable 7.3 in on this truck. I have plenty of stories from Dodge and GM owners also both good and bad.
What I cannot understand is why a radiator is failing? That should not happen and should be the easiest fix of all I would think.
Good luck to you and please keep us all posted. I'm really glad that my 7.3 has low miles because I plan to keep it a long time.
Too bad Ford did not accept stimulus money as you could just go around the dealer and straight to Obama for the Government warranty!
