I think U misunderstand me, the 1 that is built into my 450 won't work so I bought 1 of those below the dash 1's & that is what works!!! But Thanx

Gotcha, I read it quickly and thought you were saying you replaced the EOH head unit... Thanks anyway!

I bought the adapter for the Titan brake-rite for my 2008 integrated brake controller. I had problems with the "adapter". The adapter is nothing more than a resistance device that is wired in series with the actuator. The GM trucks look for the electrical resistance of electric brake magnets of a trailer when cranked. The eoh units offer no resistance. Therefore you have to add resistance to trick the truck to think it has a trailer with standard electric brakes. Brake-rite tech had me install two regular brake magnets in lieu of the adaptor for resistance. Everything worked seamless after this. Hope this saves someone some time or let's you know you can use the factory integrated controller.
