You should get 3k easy for your old trailer,I had a loadright bolt together that needed work and had people fighting over it.When I was waiting for it to be picked up people I did not know would knock on my door and ask me if it was for sale.

On it. Boat, and place on Cumberland are already up for sale. Put the feelers out to those who have said they would be interested in our house in Ohio as well. I'll get serious about it once the other stuff is gone. I've been doing routine clean out the house of crap I've been holding on to for "some day" as well.
The great thing is, I don't have a set time frame, and have a job in waiting in Tampa. The only thing that would put me on a deadline is if construction started booming down there, I would have to go sooner rather than later. Don't see that being an issue. I figure by the time it all comes together, it might be an easy move.
