And I thought I had a small pecker. Sweet compensation. Hmmm, sounds like a good name for a boat, "Sweet Compensation".

Thats great! Sounds like you've got all the bugs worked out. Yea I picked up the fountain this winter and we have been playing on it a lot. The 4th of July weekend we are heading up to Traverse City and Torch Lake with a group of boats. Looking forward to that!

Thank you! Phil redid the boat for OSO member Wild back in '05. We purchased in '07. The carbon fiber theme was carried through on everything in the boat - interior, graphics, dash panels etc.I just love the fact that the graphics and colors are basically timeless. It won't be considered "out of style" anytime soon. Hoping to make some major changes to it this fall/winter. Like paint the deck, continue the graphics up there and freshen up the interior. Motors..................................we'll have to sneak that in when Momma isn't looking!!!

You can see the carbon fiber look on the dash panel in this pic. The Cig emblem on the side of the boat is the same way but you can't see it in the pics. Harold at Grafik Worx did an outstanding job with it.

Great looking setup and especially the truck. IMHO, that was the best looking front end of that era.

New truck to me.

Got a good deal on the duramax so I had to sell the ford and buy it and I have always been a GM guy.
Both 08's general observations, the Duramax gets better fuel economy by about 1 mpg compared to the ford 6.4 11.1 to 12.2 according to the computer. The ford over all towed a little better, just seemed a little smoother. The back springs in the Duramax do not squat as much had to add air bags to the ford. Non towing ride the duramax wins hands down. The interior of the ford was much bigger, not sure on measurements but just felt much bigger.
Bottom line, both are great trucks and do the job very well, the only thing I really miss in the ford is the power folding and extending mirrors those are really nice, especially in tight parking lots.
