If it were me, I would take the wheels off of the front two axles and put them in the bed of the truck.

Looks good Mike!

Your tires are probably rated for 80psi and are rated for +- 3000 lbs at that PSI. Your empty trailer probably weighs 3000 lbs on the axles at most, or about 500 lbs per tire. You can likely get by with 20-25 psi and have plenty of air volume to carry the load, not get hot, not bounce your trailer and truck, not tear up things, and actually track better.

Be sure to air back up before loading the boat. Do the same with the rear tires on the truck.
^^^^ +1 but im a tire guy also,,run a minimum of 35 psi or your trailer will end up like a ford explorer..

That brings up a good point, check your tires and hubs at each stop for unusual heat, a sign something is going wrong with the bearings, or too little psi in the tire. My rule: if you can hold your hand on the tire, and touch the hub, you are still good. (different tests, not at the same time).

I'd also be sure to hit plenty of car washes as the shixxx salt roads will eat up everything it touches. Are you going to dip it or are they lifting it out for you? Looks great buddy.

I'll dip it. Once in, once out. That'll probably be the exent of salt water it'll see in its life with me.

My Eagle has the same wheels and center caps. Inside of my wheels have casting; MFG by MS. No luck doing a search though.
The eagle website list 5.15" dia SS center caps in both open and closed ends.
No pics.
