If your blowing soot towing, if you don't have one already, I would suggest installing an EGT gauge to make sure your not running to hot of a tune for towing.

1) Stock location with turn down, or dump just over the axle.
2) Turn down the juice when towing.
3) Do NOT tow with a stack; especially not in the rain.
4) Make sure the boat is dry before you leave the ramp. (Soot sticks to the wet boat; but hard to avoid this in the rain.)
5) Keep the boat waxed.

I'm guessing you would not approve of this, then?

ding ding! and turning down a p pump is not as easy as changing the settings on the chip! if the truck is set at stock I would be better off pulling it with the gf's bmw!

we built a clamp on tail pipe that go's extremely close to the ground so it should help!
