I just bought a new trailer and went thru the process of getting a 1/2 dozen quotes. My boat is way smaller than yours but I really like what Manning has to offer. In the end I went with a load-Rite aluminum because I only use it twice/year but if I were towing every weekend I would've gone with Manning.

I have a 38 Donzi with a Myco aluminum trailer, EOH brakes. Great trailer and easy towing very long distances. Worth your time to put a Myco on your list.

The McClain guy with bolt together trailer says don`t buy a welded aluminum because aluminum needs to flex and the welds will crack over time. When you weld Aluminum it distorts the metals.
The welded Aluminum trailer guy says those trailers are no good.
The steel C channel / I beam guy says they`re better because you can paint and protect all of the surfaces unlike the box frame trailer..

etc etc.

Who the hell do you believe?! Trailer shopping is harder than I thought.

Well, like I said before, I had a C-Hawk trailer custom made for my Fastech. Box frame EOH, heavy axles, towed like a dream. Would have had them make another, but the guy is a poor businessman, and is shady as fu€k....
Had an aluminum bolt together, electric disk, bunk trailer POS under my Cig Flat Deck when I bought it, flexed all like a ***** going down the road, loaded like crap and brakes sucked balls!
Had a Loadmaster Steel C channel, electric drum, all stainless hardware made for it, love it!

It's all a matter of money, options and what is best for your needs and your area....

Ive had welded aluminum, welded steel and bolt together aluminum. The bolt together aluminum is by far the lowest on the totem pole. Flex like crazy, and the transom of your boat is usually hanging 2-3' supported by only wood. Imagine a diving board flexing going down the highway. Welded steel is heavy and rusts but is a cheaper alternative to welded aluminum. The penalty is the weight. I have never had an issue with welded aluminum, stick with a manufacture like Manning or Myco to ensure quality. Myco is the top of the line, Manning is a solid second and the choice I went with. Price and manufacturers location swayed me. The welds at Manning were very well done, nothing to worry about.

As you can see I had a dual axle Myco under my 29 and it was a good trailer but heavy and it porpoises going down the highway. When I bought the 35 the trailer was a huge deciding factor and the Pacific did not disappoint. It trailers great both short distance and long. I get comments about the trailer a lot. The ladders are great for loading and unloading at the ramp. LEDs, stainless brakes, electric tongue jack. The only thing missing is EOH but with three axles braking I'm not sure I miss it.
