Balance them. Better for your bearings.
A tire shop thought I was crazy for balancing mine.

Balance them. I found my aluminum trailer wheels took A LOT of weight to balance, so I figure it was money well spent, they probably would have worn out the tires and bearings if I just ran it like that.
