Are you THIS confident in your trailer safety chains?
https://rb.gy/qviojs WOW! The safety chains on that trailer where DEFINITELY made on a Wednesday. Malad Gorge is 250 feet deep. Two people in their 60s AND their two dogs were all rescued with nothing more than minor injuries. https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...51&oe=60749060 https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...bb&oe=6076C84C https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...de&oe=6075DA7E |
What blows my mind is they use 1 stinking pin to hold the receiver on with. I replace mine every couple of years.

WOW.... when it's not your day to go - it's not your day... but that is as close as I've seen.
Hell, staring down into the gorge should have caused a heart attack in both of them ( would have done me in I'm sure) |
WOW
VERY scary |
Can you imagine sitting there looking at death below and waiting for rescue which I`m sure took a while.
Holy cow! |

Look closely at the pics. The ball/coupler came loose even. The chain saved their life; per what the officer stated, there was only one chain attached.

Hats off to the the recovery crew and the trucker also that put more chains to his rig and dangling truck.
Link says bottom of gorge is 80 to 100 feet at that point. Otherwise remember class, that was even with a F350. :( But it was a 2004, so maybe next time they'll get a 2017 "Expy with an Ecoboost" :Whatever: Cuz they're so bubbly and tow such bigger loads than the Heavier duty trucks of yesteryear. Hydroformed frame son. :blahblah: |
You talk about High on life! If something like that don’t change you then nothing will. Talk about smelling the roses. That guy got a second chance. To mirror the sentiments of others. WOW!!!!
