I've got an AT4 gasser, sold my 250 at the store here because they offered me a gazillion dollars for it and picked this up from our Chevy store, figured I'm not towing really anymore since we have a big pig in a slip (Sea Ray) now. I have one advisor who works for me, same truck with the 3.0 diesel in it and loves it. Ton of customers at our Chevy store love them, great mileage, pull well and my manager at our Chevy store hasn't really seen many issues with them. My only complaint with them is the interior is kinda dated and seats are like boards compared to the Fords (150's/250's/350's) etc., not as plush.

The refreshed interiors on the GM's is a huge improvement, if a bit late to the game. There is no doubt the cabin refresh and the plant changes to support them are another part of the delays. GM is pushing he LTD's which is a MY 22 with the old interior. Plus the the 22 1500 3.0 DMax's got the big bump in capabilities.

My neighbor at the warehouse traded a 2500 Duramax crew for a new 1500 Duramax Crew. Both trucks were lifted/big rims/tires. He said the new 1500 does everything right but it has been in for the DEF tank issue twice. He said the 2500 was definitely faster but got 5 mpg worse mileage.
