If need be, you could put it on tire dollies for the tight turns.

But I would just wet down the floor with a hose, and add some Dawn dish soap if you felt like it.

i actually bent two of my axles on my triple axle manning from turning sharp repeatedly. i would think you could easily remove two tires for a few minutes.

I was going to suggest the tire dollies, too...seems like a great option.

what year Chris Craft? My boat was a 1990 with a OMC 460 King Cobra. Loved that boat. I found it a week or so ago on facebook for sale, talked to the owner. I'm sure it's not the same one, but thought I'd ask. If you have 1 yellow spark plug wire and 7 orange, it used to be mine.

I re-read your post, and the weights aren't US measurements, so I can only assume it's not mine.
have fun with the boat though!

Or just wetting the driveway down will reduce the friction by about 40%

Thanks for all the replies. I forgot to mention that I have 2 small inclines to go up when taking it out of the garage. I will try to go forward by wetting the driveway and wetting the tyres with water and soap. I'll keep you all updated on how it goes as I plan to do it next week.

I am located in Malta (Europe) so I don't think that it would be yours. It is a 1990 Chris Craft which has been completely rebuilt in around 2013 with a 525 efi Mercury engine and Bravo 1 XR drive and Mayfair steering. This is my first boat, but I am coming from owing a Kawasaki 310R jetski for a few years.

NICE! can you get us some photos?
With that engine/drive, you should be doing 90! My 460 would grace 60 MPH on a good day.

This is mine from long ago. I sold it back in 2017 I think. Had the boat since new.

Triple Axel is much different then Dual. That is the reason unless needed I love a dual, I never worry, have pretty much jack knifed the trailer for 15 years but NEVER have had a blow out or a hub issue. Granted it is a very heavy duty Myco with 16" wheels and tires but still I wouldn't worry that much. Like other said wet it down if you are.

I will say doing the same on a triple I cringe when looking in the mirror what the front or rear axle/ hub does.
