There are 4 connectors that you change out. Takes about 30 seconds. I've had mine at the dealer a couple times with no worries.

tim G as for the exhaust, I just did a 5" kit and added an aero trubine muffler with a 6" chrom tip. Defenately rumbles like crazey, as for fuel mileage, I will have to get back with that one, kinda hard to keep the foot out of it to not hear the note.

I have had a juice installed now for about 35000 miles. I cut and welded in a straight pipe inplace of the muffler. Never had the EGTs go over a 1000 for more than a few seconds. I have pulled my 29 outlaw from Texas across Kansas and Missouri the last 3 years with out any problems with EGTs. I promise I don't slow down for the hills either. It is pretty loud though if you pressh the thin peddle too far.
