New windshield for 26'

2k...WOW That's an expensive piece of plastic, I called a local plexiglass shop the see if they could use the old one for a pattern and fabricate a new one, I'll post their response when I hear back from them.........Thanks

I just replaced the gasket a few weeks ago and put a 2" crack in mine. It hasn't grown so I think I'm ok.
Mine has the lip on te top edge. There is alot of compound curves and angles. I don't think a local shop can dup this one.

I broke one pane in my windshield on my old boat (22' powerquest spectre/the front curved section). I ended up having a local company make me a whole new windshield that fit in the original frame out of lexon. It was expensive because they had to make the template for it. It turned out great but set me back about 1600.00.

We can make almost any windshield if we have the old one to tool off of. In the past we've made a couple of Velocity's but they were different than the pic.
The problem is that windshields are big and expensive to freight but if you're in South Florida you got it made.

I'd say in the $650.00 range. We actually do the Sonic in clear and white. When you're talking 1/2" remember that in clear you'll get quite a bit of lensing (the curve thickness will vary upon forming making a lensing effect) so the optics are going to be so-so.
