Picked up my 30 Poker run six man stand up interior, SSM II drives, 380K Planes, 1999 Tri axle trailer............was the boat for sale in the boat swap section............looking for a pair of 420's for the boat right now (Art Lilly said it ran 85mph with this setup but was a chine walker) and a pair of trannys............so, I am now a Velocity family member........

Also new to this boat. Mine had speedy 2's on it befor I got it. I have talked to a few people that knew the boat and they told me he changed the lowers to TRS(2''shorter) and got rid of the chine walk problem as well as picking up more speed. You should be able to sell the speedy 2's buy TRS and have some extra $$$ for engine purchases

I hear those TRS drives cant take to much pony a range of 450 to 500 max. After that they dont like being pushed and they break much easier. But its def. a great looking boat. And i can atest im looking to get rid of the chine walk.

Drive height: Measure from the top of your outer transom to th underside if the deck to hull mating surface. I will measure and post mine tomorrow. I know that this isn't the best method of measuring but it will give you some comparison to mine.

This is a pair of 420 HP Cyclone motor take outs. Flame arrestors to oil pans. MarkIV 4 bolt blocks, steel cranks. 7/16th rods, forged pistons, square port heads, Crane gold roller rockers, roller cams, alum intakes, Holley 850 double pumpers, distributors, fly wheels, bell housings, alternators/starters, water pumps, oil coolers, Gil manifolds w/tailpipes. $5700.00 for both plus shipping from Orlando, Fl.
