Holy Crap!
Not a good week at all!
Glad to hear your girl is OK.

As for the blown engine, I'd just replace it with a rebuilt long block and enjoy the season.
Build or buy some bigger power during the off season.

I saw a 38 hustler on cooperss.com . It is a salvage boat with a bad hull but , it does have imco draves and Paul Phaff 850's.Boat sank motors were pickled.Cheap price for lots of good parts maybe ???

Leon Derebery called thinks he know's where some more blue 500efi with 80 hrs, Trying to make a deal on them, he's going to call me back and they are close by.

VV sorry to hear about all the bad luck. Just picked up my motors from JC, 625hp / 611lb-ft of torque. Built as turn the key and run the pi$$ out of them all day long.

Anyone live real close to Atlantic City, NJ.? Total Marine has a pair of 500efi's, I would like to find someone close to make a drive by to check them out for me. Total marine 20 mils north of Atlantic City, 160 Water Street
