Then you will be behind me also as my old resin bucket Baja runs a little faster than JT. My complaint with you is it seems that you started this thread to bash Baja's. Your comment about 62 and now 66 has to do with HP and a none stepped hull not the boat itself.
So why not post your HP and speed since you seem to think all Baja's are slow so we can see how many Baja's will be waiting up for you if you decide to come and watch the shoot out. I know there are some fast velocity's out there but if yours is not 1 of them you should not talk about any other brand of boat and speed

[QUOTE Ragged you know as well as anyone Velocity boats aren't like a Baja where you just push the throttles down and go digging thru the ice chest. [/QUOTE]
.....Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Now just hold on here, I didn't say that. Velocity Vector did.
Why would I bad mouth the Bajas? He!! I own stock in Fountain Powerboats, so now I am going to own part of Baja as well. All you guys are going to be our adopted orphan little brothers.

Oops, sorry, I forgot to take your name out of that quote.
We cant be considered step children,
for a couple of reasons.....we're probably
best considered foster children, since
our parents dumped us
Reggie's got to be somewhat of a ok guy if he's going
to adopt us basterds

Hey, I would be careful guys. J T might have put different pullies and another intercooler on his boat . I figure if thats all you guy's changed on the merc 525 and got 650 to 700. He has 575's and if he did those changes he would have like 800 aside right ???? LOL thier is always someone FASTER .Trust me i'm the slow one .

I can't squeeze a intercooler in ( breathers rub on hatch
already) and it makes no sense to just heat up the air with a smaller pulleys, so there just stock 575's.
These are the best engines I've had in any of my boats,
I really don't want to mess with them til it's time to do
so.
