Default Unknown boat? MIchigan

Saw a velocity in Bay city Mi today. Wonder who used to own it. Its without engines and was recently purchases at dealer auction. I for get the name but remember it was from richland MI. I also remember the name started with sea-___ and finished with another 3 letter word and I think it read as a womans name.

Lots for sale and great prices. Some one just bought a friends house on the lake that he sold a year ago and that party tried to resell(flip) and they lost 50K on sales price alone. I dont know if they put any $ into it.

Where are you lookin to buy?

I have an office in Bellaire near torch. I am not in the realestate businees but I like to pay attention to it. I wish I had some leads for you but I know there are alot of good buys right now and even lake front properties have taken a hit so this would be a time to buy.

Also think about it from a sellers stand point. We are bombarded with the message of this is a terrible market etc... A seller will get excited to think that someone may acutally buy their house. A reasonable yet low offer will strike a deal with some people right now. You just gotta find the right property for you.
