Bob, those are beasts. Let me know how the snouts turn out. Also, we've got a bunch of belts/pulleys in stock that we can get you for mockup. I'm not sure you'll make it on a 2000mm length belt, but we can get you one longer if need be. I think the biggest RCD has is a 2000mm gates GT.

If we need a conveyer belt, than that is what we will use. LOL. 4 weeks ago we called 3 vendors for snouts. What a F**KING joke, no customer service any more. After numerous calls, 1 vendor finally called back, has what we need, BUT after some research, that vendor uses cheap Chinese junk bearings in their stuff. That will not work for us. Once again this is 1 reason why we can't finish this project. The high performance after market company's SUCK, SUCK, SUCK. SOME DAY.
