Steve, we might make it by christmas. I'm not holding my breath. Snouts findly came in after 5 weeks, after a week we discovered the couplers are not the right ones. Same old story, nobody knows until after the fact. Ha Ha. We figured out what blower belts, idler pulleys and pulley ratio we are going to start with. Pictures or snouts.

Great read! This project would have been done in 4 months if you ran Chevy power BUT NO! Your passion is with Ford and now you are a huge innovator with huge balls and huge horsepower! In all seriousness, did this project cost twice as much as doing it with Chevy? It looks like 30% of this stuff is custom...

Who's going to step up and do a Chrysler/Hemi boat? (who has the balls? holy crap?)

Dude, you deserve a serious amount of respect for taking the road less traveled and running Ford power. You really have something that is badazz and really amazing.

Thanks. Don't really think you could have built chevy power equal to these in 4 months. This project did not cost twice as a chevy, yes a little more but no where near twice. Most of the parts were the same price. Yes some things had to be custom, but now i have the cad drawings for future projects, if someone is interested, HaHa.
As far as a Chrysler/Hemi, Steve Stepp already did one of those 8-9 years ago. A 29 VR1 with a Ray Barton 572 N/A Hemi. I think it was around 750 hp. Boat ran little over 100.It was called the Hemi boat. Thanks again for your kind words. Bob
