Yep, but be prepared for more...

Was figuring the same on mine, but upon further inspection...I'm now replacing the risers and manifolds. The mating surfaces get rusted and the machined surface turns to chit...

Definitely check them while you're in there. The risers pop off fairly quick and the gaskets are about $10-$15 each.

I've always found that the wind noise overwhelms my through transom exhaust. I need to cup my hands over my ears pointing backwards to hear the engines while underway. Try this sometime to hear your engines sing!

When I added Lightning headers to my Velocity 23 I took out the mufflers.
it was louder but not disagreeable.
