I've been out twice so far and was able to test two sets of props, but no luck yet. I had Cutting Edge remove 200 RPM from my new Mercury labbed 30P Bravos and add more bow lift. I could feel the boat sit back on the pad bottom for the first time. It started to accelerate pretty hard. But then, beep beep beep, it was on the limiters. Next, I tried a set of used 32P Mercury labbed Bravos. I thought they would be perfect, but they were on the limiters even sooner. So, I've sent my 30P Bravos and my 6-blade Herings to Cutting Edge again for some tweaking.

Meanwhile, I've worked on a couple of projects. I finally got the vinyl runner for the cabin. That only took 4 months. Gotta love those upholstery guys!

I also installed a 4-camera commercial 7" monitor system in my truck. There are license plate cameras front and rear on the truck and heavy duty cameras on both sides at the back of the boat trailer. I don't know how long they will survive being dunked, but they're fine after the first trip to the river.

Well, the boat is sold. Congrats to Rod and Sarah McGlothlen of southern Iowa. The boat will be a regular at LOTO. Have fun with it!

It's good to see that the new owners are fully enjoying the boat. They created a cool video at LOTO and the boat looks awesome on the move.
