Any help would be great.
Oil cooler w/ thermostat set-up
Alternator / power steering pump bracket
Water pump pulley
Cooling temp sending unit (alarm / sender)

That Oil cooler in the swap shop is what you need and a good deal... the thermostat is not in the oil cooler, its in the oil filter housing assembly that is bolted to the back of the engine.

if you are swapping it with your existng 502 why dont you use the serpentine setup off of it? run it with a electric fuel pump also since the sea pump wont have provisions for the mechanical fuel pump.

if he takes all of the exiting accessories off the 502 they will all bolt right onto the hp500. exteranally those motors are pretty much identical. there is no reason it would not work. no issues with offsets at all
