Default Char-Lynn angled shims

Looking for the angled bezel or angle cut aluminum shins that adjust the helm to dash relationship. I know there old school but I don’t have 1K for a tilt column! Thanks.

Sounds like they would work. Two are needed (one one each side of the dash) so the bolts go into the helm straight. Any pics of what you have?

I'll check when I get home, I think I have a couple in a old cooler full of auto parts I've been dragging around for 30 yrs

You may want to check with McMaster Carr also,

I had to make one. Machined for the front and just glassed in a wood wedge on the back. To get something like 10* it adds 3" to the thickness of the dash, so you may need a spacer for the steering shaft also. I will see if i can find a pic of the spacer for you.

had one made by a local guy to me. Top notch general machinist. Very reasonable, just tell him the angle you want and he will make it. The blue one was a 8* wedge that I had laying around that I gave to him for a guide. PM me if you want his contact info.

You can kinda see the line on the bottom where the shim is attached
