Needing one to finish an engine. Merc is 2 weeks from getting one.

Mine has a 3/4 shaft. I'd get one of those if I could locate a pulley that would fit.

Looks like the newer model 496 which was part number 865710T which is NLA
The older model remains available (806230T) and uses pulley 862751

I wonder if there's difference in pulley size. The one I have is 4.5 od. I think it would be worth it to buy a pump and pulley to try it

Don't know for sure but if you select the part link the dimensions list
4.65 x 1.75 x 5.88
Most likely the worste that would happen is need a different length belt

Just buy the pully separate. Im sure they are in stock at mercruiser parts.

The pumps pictured above are GM Type II (Saginaw TC series)

OP , .750 = 19mm

So, fir a search on the net type in GM Type II 19 mm shaft

These pumps have replaceable psi/volume regulators, so make sure to install what was on your pump.
