Mitch not trying to ask a rude question but just curious.... I hadn't read the part about the "no slips reserved" thing until I calledthe marina. They told me if I wasn't in the poker run I could reserve one and if I was it was first come first serve. Most poker runs we go to go out of their wayto accomomodate traveling boaters. I was just curious the reasoning behind this. 2 couples just called and reserved slips and rooms at other nearby marinas. It sucks to drive a few hours and get there and have to remove your boat every night. Guess we have been kind of spoiled just a little explanation to share with the other 20 some odd people trailering down with me would be nice.

There will be plenty of slips avail!! The story about how One person can ruin it for everyone else applies in this case!!
