NE St. Pete is a good area; waterfront 3/3/2's are about 350 to 400; 4/4/2's are about 400 to 450; takes us about 20 minutes to get to Shell Island via 28 Skater
You'll need to check on neighborhood restrictions for boats and trailers though. Our neighborhood won't allow a boat trailer in the front yard between Mon am and Thur pm. Over the past 10 years we've probably gotten 20 warnings, but no citations. It IS ok to have a trailer if you can keep it in your side yard, but most houses don't have that much space between them. Welcome and good luck
