That boat is going to be hard to beat for the price, i think they were in the mid 300s at the Toad boat show, I could not believe it was that low. Only problem is you will never be able to sell it again, all red had small amount of buyers. the interior was so friggin soft, and the drop outs in back were nice also

I agree with you about the red (ugly)...it's supposed to look like a Ferrari...right. I paid mid $2's for my 38ZR w/525's..so if the upcharge for the 700's is $100k...I guess mid $3's is about right.

That has to be as sweet a package as they come.

Good luck in your search.

I was down at Lip-Ship yesterday. Phil has had good luck with the 700/NXT package. In a 39 you'll run 100mph all day long and run 104-105mph light. A 42 w/700's will run 97mph and 100mph light.

He is also building a very tricked out 38 with 572 Zul's and XR's which should run 100mph. It won't be that much more $$$ than a 525 boat.

Default Why Is A Top Gun Faster Than A Cafe?

I have read that a Carbon TG is 9500 and a Cafe is 9400 - Why are they faster? Not the stepped hull, just an old Vee? Is it the lenth of the boat that lets it "sit up" inthe water?
