The engine pic was last spring with the dart heads on my non roller stock block, best thing on this boat is I can take the sun deck and rear bench apart to access engine!

245,

In case you wanted some Merc comparrison info, the following is from Merc HP 377 EFI stroker service manual:

- 350HP
- 9:1 comp ratio
- Lunati Crank 4.0 X 3.75
- Cam w/1.5:1 Roller rockers: Lift: .510/.530 Dur@50: 222/230
- Vortec Heads - small valve (must be modified)

If you'd like more info, just ask and will try to find it.

Cool, it seems like this should work OK, like I said I am on a budget here, I want a bigger boat in a year or so, I cannot justify spending 5000.00 to build something.

Good looking boat! When you keep up with them and keep full length covers to keep the sun from baking the gelcoat they stay nice even 20+ years later.

I think you'll be more than happy with the new motor. I just converted to a hyd roller setup and it's well worth it over the flat tappet cams.

Thanks!! I actually only have a cockpit cover on it, I am a freak about keeping it clean, the boat is in great shape.
