You can spend more on a battery (ies), then buy a special battery holder (s), but I can't see why you would need to, or what you will...

Many people do not like using the oil cooler that was plumbed when a motor goes bye-bye. In the very least, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned, but getting all the contamination out is not assured,...

Re: Theory ... water flow

Cuda, right about the 140 thermostat deal; it is because of mineralization/crystallization.

The deal with using NO thermostat is you will run too cold. It acts to restrict the QUANTITY of water,...

Re: Theory ... water flow

Couple of things;

First, Merc builds engines to operate in all types of conditions, in fresh and salt water, in cold deep fresh water and 85° ocean water. High water temps promote crystalization...

Maybe, maybe not. Plug check when installed, to see for sure.

BUT, do you have standard location exhaust tip holes??!!

With Uni-tops, you must have standard location holes, for them to point...

ON TOP of the 'cooler air is denser' thing, there is the...

Re: Worth the gain? AFR CNC heads/Crane 731 roller/carb on 454 magnum?

Put 5K...
