Magic:

The passage way in the lower is blocked so that won`t be a problem.

I went to Whihalla and the Playpen Sun. it was kinda cloudy all day until we were ready to head home.. isn`t that always the way it goes

Had it up to 72mph, 4 people full tank of gas. .. had to shut it down when it got too rough.

Very nice pics! We ran between Michigan City and the warm water beach yesterday. I heard the plan pen was packed and jumping yesterday. For the most part it was sunny all day on my side of the pond.

I think we need a new thread that reads Active Wives club and requires pics to post.

My vote is Thunder Jugs.

Lake Michigan has been choppy everytime I`ve gone out. Not really sure why I even got a fast boat when I don`t take it over 50mph in the chop lol

The more power you have the less motor (rpm) you need to go 50. Im at 3400 doing 50. I top out at 73 right oround 5000, with a carb. 489ci, the builder told me 500hp

Good I`m glad I`m not just eating up gas

3000rpm is about 43mph per GPS gauge. 3400 is right there like you about 50mph. It`ll go to 5500rpm but I hit a no wake zone before it could get up to top speed.

Exploring the boat some more I found there is a choke on the rear carb controled via oil temp.
It wasnt closing all the way.. turns out easy spring adjustment.

Now maybe it`ll start a bit easier

One thing solved another turned up thou, when drive is all the way up water is getting in thru a 'seal'
gotta figure this one out now
