I seen it today, pics look better than real life.. it has some wear and tear.. back seat needs some love as the seams are torn but over pretty good for a 1998.
I just spent some $$ to have a 2001 26' powerquest checked over and was planning to drive the 10 hours to pick it up until this came up.. now I`m torn?
Am I going to be bored soon with a powerquest 454 Mag.. I don`t know not having owned a boat before.. oh decisions decisions

It looks like alot of boat for the money. Wear & tear can be easily taken care of, but "abuse" & "neglect" are different. If it runs out good, I bet you'd be happier with the AT. I have a 26 Sonic with a 525sc, & I love the set up, & the ride is very good. The power range is perfect for the boat. I can only imagine a 600sc in a lighter boat...especially an AT...will be awsome.
I've never seen a 25, but I've been told the Sonic & AT line up real close with build quality. To me that says alot...
I don't know much about the Powerquest, but I had a 26 Donzi with a 454mag, & I have to say, I was not real happy with the boat. That engine in that boat just didn't work.
If I were shopping, I'd be all over this boat...
Good luck

Not having seen or knowing the price of the powerquest, I vote AT. I just got mine this year and I love it.
What will a 26' Powerquest do with a 454 mag, Maybe 60?
Is it the add-on hyd. steering or the full hyd. steering, looked like it still has the cable and tiller? That coil should also be turned upright. whats with the air freshener, did it stink?
I think it looks great, in the pics

Glad I could help. Now go explain it to the red head...
good luck!
BTW I have been on and driven RAddictions 25 AT with 502 and it rides very nice. Very light feeling but it does not ride hard. It feels like the boat is glancing off the topps of the chop. Very comfortable ride IMO. As a matter of fact this 25 is very tempting for me to call on but I have just a bit more time until I am in a new boat.
BTW the 26 Sonic and 25 AT may look similar but they ride much different. The AT rides much lighter. The 26 Sonic I have been on seemed to bust the chop rather than glance off like the AT. It is just a matter of preference.
Pictured is RA's 25 with me at the helm.
And him running along side of C_Spray's 38 on a poker run.
