I looked at the ebay pics and it looks like you have and add on system. You can still see the rack and pinion in the bilge and the PS pump cap is not welded over. It will be hard to turn at idle. I had the same system on my Pantera. I got used to it.

Mine is also MM. My PS cap is welded over with a nipple and a hose going to larger MM reservoir.

Might want to check your hyd steer filter too. It should be about the same size as a can of red bull.

No PS fluid cooler. The reservoir is vented.

I took it to the Illinois river this Sunday, had a blast! Went thru 40 gal in less than 5 hrs lol I don`t know if thats good or bad...

The pick up for the speedo is plugged or somehow damaged inside.
I tried everything to clear it, from using a 300psi nito tank to a wire and a small drill bit.
Speedo still won`t work so I have no top speed to report. I did race a couple of my friends who have Ultra 150`s that do a solid 75mph and was pulling on them pretty good.. so that`s a good sign.
Once on plane it pulls pretty nice, consistent 6psi and sounds like a rocket ship

I filled the Blower with some Royal Purple gear oil, it was a bit low.
I`ll have to look for the hyd. steering fluid filter, did not notice anything like that

This week I`m going to order a GPS speedo and I think these silencers
