what did you use to pressure test it? We have a tool here at work that we use to test fuel tanks and it will also put smoke into the system and if it has a leak you will see the smoke coming out. Im sure there is a vent hose somewhere that will need to be clamped off. you know where that may be?

Reason I ask is a few years ago I had a Baja that someone put a holley Carb on and it had cork gaskets around the bowls and every spring the first time i ran it they would leak until they swelled up again... the next time i ran it it was fine. If by some odd chance it has a holley they need to be replaced by rubber gaskets.

I doubt that's your issue but... just something to look for

I plugged off the vent that is on the side of the hull by the gas fill, disconnected theline coming from the tank to the filter and I have a fitting that fit that hose with a valve stem on it. I put 20lb of air in it and listened for leaks, sprayed soapy water around it and gauge showed it held

You need to lighten up on the air pressure or yoou are going to blow the thing apart. 3-4 lbs should be more than enough and is what they use when built.

Sorry for putting my two cents in.

I'll shut up and you can help him. Only trying to avoid a possible issue when I know right from wrong.
